The Motability Nearly New WAV Scheme

Because the advance payment on a wheelchair vehicle is higher than that on an ordinary car – Motability have introduced the nearly new scheme to provide WAVs to those who need them with low or nil advance payments.

This is a great help to those who find that their disabilities have got worse, meaning they now need to exchange their car for a WAV . Motability will also usually allow customers to send their current vehicle back early and exchange it for a nearly new WAV if their car is no longer suitable.

The main models available on this scheme are Peugeot Partners (AP Nil -£500.00), Citroen Berlingos (AP £100.00- £500.00) and Ford Tourneos (AP £695.00-£1200.00).
